  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup toasted almond slivers
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking sprinkle cheese then chips over. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
