Ingredients
- 1 C diced onion
- 3 T unsalted butter
- 3/4 C ketchup
- 1/2 C fresh orange juice
- 1/2 C ciider viegar
- 1/2 C whiskey
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C molasses
- 2 T worcestershire
- salt and pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins, cut in 3" cubes
- 1 large red onion cut in 1 1/2" thick half moon rings

Step 1
Cover gill with foil to protect meat Heat to medium-high.
Basting sauce: In saucepan mix ketchup, orange juice, vinegar, shiskey, brown sugar, molasses worcestershire and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Puree; set 1/2 aside for serving.
Saute onion and butter.
Thread pork and onnion on double skewers. Grill covered 3-4 miutes on one side. Baste; turn adn cook 3-4 minutes; continue bassting and turning until done.
