Ingredients
- 2 cups drained canned black beans
- 1 16 ounce can whole kernel corn drained
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

Step 1
Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until cold. (can be prepared 1 day ahead; keep refrigerated.) Mix tomatoes into salsa and serve.
