Ingredients
- 34 graham crackers
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 heaping T. corn starch
- 1 1/2 pts. milk
- 1/2 tsp. slat
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 T. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder

Step 1
Roll crackers fine. Mix crumbs, butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Reserve 3/4 c. for top. Line pie pan with remainder, patting down well. Make custard of 4 egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, milk, salt and vanilla. Cool; put in crust. Whip 4 egg whites; add 3 tablespoons sugar and baking powder. Spread on top of custard. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs, covering top well. Bake in 350-degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
