Ingredients
- 1 lb (1/2"thick) finely diced chicken breast
- 1/2 lb (1/4" thick) colby jack cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 c chop roasted red peppers
- 1 chopped jalapeno
- black pepper
- pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingred except crust. Cut cust into 25 (3") rounds. Brush edges with water place 1 T filling onto each. Fold in half and seal. Bake 15 in 400* oven
