  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs. white pearl onions, peeled
  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T surgar
  • 1 T flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T mnced parsley

Step 1

In a large skillet, combine butter, oil and onions. Cook on medium for 12 to 15 min. until golden brown.
Add vinegar, sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens, about 4 to 5 min. Top with parsley and serve
