Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. stew beef
- 6 carrots 1"
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 3 medium diced onions
- 1 1/2 T. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 T. tapioca

Preparation
Step 1
Brown and season beef; mix in vegetables and put in 9x13-inch pan with lid. Bake at 250 degrees for five hours. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
