3 oz. onion salt
4 oz. paprika
3 oz. garlic salt
2 oz. chili powder

Step 1

Mix well and store in a jar with a lid. To season meat such as pork loin sprinkle generously with seasoning before cooking. This seasoning will keep indefinitely in covered jar on the shelf.
