Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 ounce can red kidney beans drained
  • 1 - 15 ounce can butter beans drained
  • 1 - 15 ounce can lima beans drained
  • 1 15-ounce can pinto beans drained
  • 1-16 ounce can B & M baked beans (not drained)
  • 1 -21 ounce can Pork and Beans )not drained)
  • 1/2 pound bacon (cut up)
  • 2 large onions sliced very thin
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Fray bacon crisp; remove bacon and saute onions in bacon grease until clear; brown mushrooms. Drain off excess grease.

Combine everything in crock pot or whatever you will be cooking it in. If crock pot, cook 1/2 day on low, or 2 hours on high; or 1 1/2 hours on 325 degree oven. Stir occasionally.
