Aunt Nancy's Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup margarine, softened
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together sugars, oil, margarine and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill overnight. Roll into 2 inch balls; place on parchment paper lined baking sheets. Flatten cookies with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
