Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 9-12 slices turkey or ham, or a combo of both
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 2 Tablespoons veg. oil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1
Make sandwiches with turkey, or ham, or both. Beat eggs with water. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture. Fry both sides in the oil until golden. Place in a baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and cheese melts. Pour over toast and broil 3-5 minutes, 6" from heat, until bubbly.
Serves 3.
