Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup apple juice or Wild Vines Strawberry White Zinfadel
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 quart pureed strawberries
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix 1-1/2 cup water, 3/4 cup apple juice or Wild Vines Strawberry White Zinfadel wine, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp lemon juice and boil uncovered 15 minutes stirring frequently.
Add 1 quart pureed strawberries and simmer 10 minutes stirring often. Cool and add 1/2 cup sour cream and stir well. Chill before serving.
