Ingredients
- 2 bags fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/4 lb dried apricots, finely diced

Preparation
Step 1
Stir all ingredients together in large pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring, until berries pop and sauce starts to thicken, about 8 minutes. Cool to room temp. Cover and chill.
