  • 1-6 -8 oz. pasteurized crabmeat
  • 3 tablespoons minced parsley
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cups grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1-6 oz. box Fettuccine

Boil Fettuccine al dente'

In a large skillet, saute garlic in butter, add crab and heavy cream and heat gently. Toss in cooked Fettuccine, grated cheese, parsley, freshly ground pepper.
