Three In One Chocolate Pudding and Pie Filling

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup Hershey cocoa
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups milk
• 2 egg yalks,slightly beaten
• 2 tablepoons butter or margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan,combine sugar,cocoa,corstarch,flour and salt;blend in milk and egg.Cook over medium heat,stirring contantly until mixture boils,boil and stir 1 minute.Remove from heat,blend in butter in butter and vinilla.Pour into medium bowl or individual serving dishes,press plastic wrap directly into surface.Cool;refrigerate.
