Ingredients

- 12 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- (use 2 pkgs. chicken strips)
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 2 c. Panko crumbs
- 2 c. Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Coat large baking sheet with Pam.
Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Place flour in shallow dish. Place eggs in separate shallow dish. Combine Panko crumbs and Parmesan in another shallow dish.
Dip chicken first in flour, then in the egg and then the Panko. Transfer chicken to the prepared baking sheets and spray the surface with Pam.
Bake for 25-30 min or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven.
Serve with potatoes, mac and cheese or rice.
