Harvey Wallbanger Cake

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 package orange cake mix
• 1 pkg (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
• 2 ounces Vodka
• 1/2 cup salad oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 ounces Galliano
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 2/3 cup Galliano

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat all cake ingredients together. Pour into a greased 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 50 minutes.

2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or spike with Glaze.

3. Glaze: Beat glaze ingredients together until clear.
