Ingredients

1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing mix for chicken
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut
into bite size pieces.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (16oz) frozen mixed vegies, thawed & drained

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on pkg. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegies in 9x13 pan; top with stuffing.

Bake 30 min or until chicken is cooked through.
