Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves (2 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup sugar 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp water

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white and water until frothy (not stiff). Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add pecans and stif well, until pecans are completely coated. Spread nuts on a large baking sheet and bake at 200° for 60 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Remove from oven when "dry" and toasty. When cool, store in airtight container.
