Ingredients
- Brownie:
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cheesecake Dimples:
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. milk

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 pan with nonstick aluminum foil.
Brownie:
Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt until blended.
In large microwave safe bowl combine butter and chocolate. Micro for 1 min, stir until smooth.
Stir sugar into chocolate mixture. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until smooth. Stir in flour mixture until smooth. Spoon into prepared pan; spread and level top.
Cheesecake Dimples:
Beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth. On low speed beat in flour, sugar and vanilla until blended. Add milk; beat until smooth.
With a tablespoon make a depression in top of brownie batter. With another tablespoon drop a dollop of cream cheese mixture into the dimple. Continue to make and fill dimples over the top in an uneven pattern.
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until toothpick inserted in center tests clean. Remove to wire rack for 15 min. Using foil, remove brownie from pan to rack. Let cool completely. Cut into squares.
