Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Step 1
1. Line 2 cookie sheets with waxed paper.
2. Beat peanut butter, butter and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar and flour until well blended.
3. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls into 1-inch balls. Arrange on prepared cookie sheets and place in freezer until firm.
4. Spear balls one at a time with a wooden toothpick and dip in chocolate to cover about 2/3's of the ball.
5. Arrange chocolate side down on prepared cookie sheet. Smooth over toothpick holes.
6. Refrigerate about 15 minutes until chocolate is set.
7. Can store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 months.
