Ingredients

  • 8 disposable foil tart pans
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 8 oz. (2 cups) shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 (16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1 (8-oz.) can pizza sauce
  • 1 (4.5-oz.) jar Green Giant® Sliced Mushrooms, drained

Preparation

Step 1



Heat oven to 375°F. Spray foil tart pans with nonstick cooking spray; place pans on large cookie sheet. Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.

Stir pizza sauce and mushrooms into ground beef. Divide beef mixture evenly into tart pans. Place 1 biscuit round over top of each, allowing dough to drape over edges.

To make ahead, assemble pizzas; refrigerate up to 2 hours before baking. Uncover; bake as directed above.

To reheat, microwave, uncovered, on microwave-safe plate on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
