Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 packages (250g)brick cream cheese softened.
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- How to soften cream cheese.
- Place unwrapped cheesecake in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 15 sec or just until softened. Add 15 sec for each additional package of cream cheese.

Step 1
Heat oven to 300F
1. Mix crumbs and butter; press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs 1 at time, mixing on low speed. Pour over crust.
3. Bake 300F on 2nd rack for 45 minute. Lower heat 250F for 10 minutes.
Turn off oven. Leave in oven for 10-15 minutes more.
4. Cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4hrs.
