Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, unpeeled
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut each potato into four wedges. Cut each wedge crosswise at 1/4" intervals, to within 1/4" from bottom of potatoes; place in ice water for 1 hour.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients. Dry potatoes with paper towel; place on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil.
3. Brush potatoes with 1/2 of the margarine mixture. Bake in 425 degree oven, brushing occasionally with remaining mixture, 35 minutes or until tender.
