Grandma D's Oven Cheesecake

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon flour
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pound dry pressed farmers cheese
• 1/3 cup sweet cream
• 4 egg whites
• 10 graham crackers, crushed
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1/4 cup margarine, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Add egg yolks and mix well. Add vanilla, salt, flour, sweet cream and cheese; mix well. Add beaten egg whites.

2. Crust: Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of a 9" square pan.

3. Pour cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees, 20 - 40 minutes.
