Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • Non-stick spray
  • 1 c packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 c light corn syrup
  • 2/3 c regular oats
  • 1/2 c pecan pieces
  • 2 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs and 2 egg whites, lightly beated

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 325*
Fit pie crust into pie pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Fold under edges and flute.
Combine remaining ingredients and whisk. Pour into pie crust and bake 50 minutes or until center is well set. Cool before serving.
