Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. corned beef brisket
- Butter
- 1 pkg. Swiss cheese slices
- 1 loaf dark rye bread
- 1-2 c. Sauerkraut

Preparation
Step 1
This will make 6-8 sandwichs. Cook corned beef brisket according to directions on package. Heat sauerkraut in pan before putting on bread. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Layer corned beef, 1 slice Swiss cheese, 2 T. saurekraut on unbuttered side of bread. Cook on griddle or skillet on the stove top until both sides are evenly browned.
