Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 T. milk
- 2 c. sifted, enriched flour

Step 1
Combine egg, salt and milk. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice 1/8 inch thick. Spread out and dry 2 hours.
To cook the noodles: Heat broth to boiling -- add noodles. Stir quite a bit till broth froths and dies down. Cook uncovered 20 to 25 minutes. Then add the cooked meat, cover and simmer 10 more minutes. Serves 6-8 people.
