Preparation

Step 1

Peel your zucchini with your regular peeler to get rid of the telltale green that gives it away as not being real pasta! Then peel your Zucchini with your Julienne peeler until you have just the core left.

You don’t do anything to them except toss them in your sauce, the sauce softens them as they act just like regular noodles and twirl like regular noodles!
