- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
- 2 cans (11 1/2 oz each) tomato juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
