Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp dried, crushed basil
- 1 1/2 tsp dried, crushed oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbs EVOO
- 2 steaks or chops
- 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbs feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbs chopped black olives

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients. Bub on all sides of meat. Pour EVOO in non-stick pan. Cook meat 10-14 minutes.
If using griddle, roll meat in EVOO and then rub on spices. Sprinkle lemon juice over meat after cooking and top with feta and olives.
