Preparation
Step 1
Beat the egg and water in a shallow dish with a fork or whisk. Coat the pork with the flour. Dip the pork into the egg mixture. Coat with the stuffing. Place the pork onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until it's hot and bubbling. Serve the gravy with the pork.
MY NOTES: Good way to use up leftover stuffing mis and stale croutons too!

I made this for dinner last night and my husband loved it. It was easy to make and it was really good. It did have flavor but I feel like I should've added some spices to it so next time I will add seasonings to the flour to give it more flavor. I will be making this at least twice a month.
This is an easy and great tasting way to cook pork. I used boneless pork loin that I sliced to about 3/4 of an inch. Next time I plan on spicing it up some. Very tender ! I have got to try this with boneless skinless chicken breasts.
This is much better and much easier than fried pork chops. I have a VERY picky boyfriend and he loved this. I like to use thicker chops. Just make sure you don't over cook the meat. Serve with mashed potatoes chicken gravy.
After reading other reviews I decided to add spices/seasonings to the pork-chops before the flour. I seasoned it with all purpose season salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a little paprika. I did everything else according to the recipe and they turned out delicious! I did have to bake my pork-chops an additional 20 minutes, therefore it took about 40 minutes in the oven. As a treat I also tried the white country gravy, often used for country fried steaks on a few of the pork chops. Both the Campbell's Turkey gravy, as well as the white country gravy tasted phenomenal on the pork chops.
Easy to make, was very good! I used thick cut boneless chops and they were perfect! Forgot the gravy, but it went great with a home made cheesy pasta sauce :)
I loved it, as does my whole family!!!
My family loved it. I was afraid to use the gravy, but next time I will definitely use it.
I really liked this recipe, and so did hubby and son. I loved how crunchy it turned out. Will use stuffing for breading again, maybe try it with some chicken next time. I used Stove Top stuffing because that's what I had on hand, and I think next time I will use the Pepperidge Farm brand instead...Stove Top can have a funny taste sometimes. But if Stove Top is all you have, it's still good.
I used stove top stuffing and it came out great! Family loved it!!!
This recipe was amazing! I think what made it was the herb stuffing. Very easy and the family loved it!
My husband loved it !!!!!
My hubby loved this recipe he said it was better than my fried porkchops. This he said is by far his fave porkchop recipe, it's so so good!
My husband loved this recipe and likes me to make it at least once a week. My 4 year old, who only like chicken nuggets, actually ate 2 porks chops by himself. So I love making this. It is so easy, especially with a 4 year old underfoot and being 7 months pregnant.
So good! Can't wait to make it again!
I absolutely loved this meal. It was quick, easy, and very good. I would definitely recommend this meal to anyone.
It was super easy and the family loved it - cant wait to make this again.
We really enjoyed this recipe. I also made this with chicken breasts instead.
Ohhh you've got to try this, it's GREAT!!!
