Spinach Souffle

  • 2 10oz frozen spinach cooked and drained
  • 5 oz cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together. Put in baking dish. Toast 2 pieces sliced bread. Layer on top. Bake at 250 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
