- 1 head of lettuce, shredded
- 1 bag (3 cups) tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cup chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups (375ml to 500ml) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Tomatoes and olives, for garnish
