Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/4 cup uncooked minute rice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix 1/4 c tomato soup and the remaining ingredients in bowl. Shape into meatballs. Brown in 1 tbs fat with 1 clove of garlic that has been minced. Blend in remaining tomato soup and 1 cup water to the pan after the meatballs have been browned.

2. Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until the rice is tender.
