Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup walnut halves
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 pound candied pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 1 1/2 cups candied cherries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sift flour and baking powder. Blend margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and flavorings. Beat thoroughly. Add flour and fruit gradually and blend well. Use a greased tube pan with waxed paper on the bottom.
2. Place a large roasting pan in the bottom rack filled halfway with water. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours or when it pulls away from the sides.
