  • 2 lb. hash brown potatoes (slightly thawed)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4-1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2-1 stick melted butter

Step 1

Mix together listed ingredients and put in grased 9x13-inch pan. Mix together topping ingredients and spread over the top of potato mixture. Bake 1 hour uncovered in 350-degree oven.
