Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck browned & drained
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 oz) can Brooks chili beans
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Small amount of pasta (optional)
- 1 T. minced garlic or 3 cloves of finely diced fresh garlic
- 1 (28 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 T. chili powder
- 1/2 green pepper, diced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients beginning with ground beef and tomatoes. Heat fully then simmer-simmer-simmer.
