Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck browned & drained
  • 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (15 oz) can Brooks chili beans
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • Small amount of pasta (optional)
  • 1 T. minced garlic or 3 cloves of finely diced fresh garlic
  • 1 (28 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 T. chili powder
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced

Combine ingredients beginning with ground beef and tomatoes. Heat fully then simmer-simmer-simmer.
