Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz) can condensed tomato bisque soup or one (10 3/4 oz) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup half and half or whole milk
- 8 oz. cooked shrimp, crab meat and/or lobster meat, cut up
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan stir together soup and half and half. Cook, stirring often, over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until very hot, but not boiling.
Stir in seafood, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of the chives. Stir in sherry, if desired. Cook and stir for 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
Ladle into serving bowls Sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons chives.
