  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans New England clam chowder
  • 2 cans minced clams (6-1/2 oz. size)
  • 1 qt. half & half

Step 1

Saute butter and chopped onion. In crockpot combine soups, clams, and half & half. Add sauteed onions. Cook on high 2 hours or low 3-4 hours. Stir often.
