Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 1 bag shredded purple cabbage
- 1 bag shredded green cabbage
- 2 bunches scallions,sliced
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all salad ingredients, except chow mein noodles.
2. Whisk dressing well. Pour over salad right before serving. Garnish with chow mein noodles.
