Ingredients

  • SALAD:

  • 1

    bag shredded purple cabbage

  • 1

    bag shredded green cabbage

  • 2

    bunches scallions,sliced

  • 1

    cup chow mein noodles

  • DRESSING:

  • ½

    cup oil

  • 1

    tbsp. salt

  • ¼

    cup water

  • ½

    cup sugar

  • 5

    tbsp. vinegar

Directions

1. Combine all salad ingredients, except chow mein noodles. 2. Whisk dressing well. Pour over salad right before serving. Garnish with chow mein noodles.
