Ingredients
- Cinnamon chips:
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and chopped
- 8 ounces raspberries
- 1 lb strawberries
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp fruit preserves (apricot or strawberry is good)
- 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp sugar

Step 1
In a lg bowl thoroughly mix the fruit, sugars and preserves together. Chill in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Brush both sides of tortilla with butter. Combine the cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over both sides of the tortilla. Cut into six wedges.
Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400F for 6-8 minutes on EACH side or until crisp.
Drain salsa and serve with tortilla chips.
