Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger, uncooked
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 T. chili powder
- Onion, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 (14 oz) bottle catsup

Step 1
Stir together and bake 1 1/2 hours in a 325-350 degree oven. Serves 6.
This also works very well in a crockpot. For a double batch these are cooking times that work well in the crock pot: 1 1/2 hours on high, then 1 1/2 hours on low, then 1 hour on warm.
