Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 packages cream cheese (3 oz each)
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecan pieces

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat eggs; add brown sugar, vanilla and 1/2 stick margarine. Line muffin cups with crust and put a few nuts on bottom of each crust. Add filling.

2. Bake at 325 degrees, 30 to 35 minutes.

3. Crust: Combine flour, 2 sticks margarine and cream cheese. Roll out and cut to fit.
