Ingredients
- Parma Dip:
- 3 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup mayo
- onion salt
- pepper
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chives

Step 1
Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Brush with mayo. Season with onion salt and pepper. Place on greased jelly-roll pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 50 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
Serve with Parma Dip.
