Ingredients
- ◦2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced in fillets
- ◦1/4 cup olive oil
- ◦1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- ◦1 garlic clove, minced
- ◦1 tsp. onion powder
- ◦1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ◦1/2 tsp. thyme

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a zipper baggie and mix well.
Slice breasts in half crosswise, making two thin fillets from each. Add the chicken to the bag seal and marinate 2 hours or longer, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat until done, turning once.
