Ingredients
- 5 Raw conchs
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Tomato Diced
- 1/2 Sweet pepper - peeled, cored & sliced 1/2 Bird pepper
- 1 rib Celery
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix well and drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat (375 degrees) and fry til golden brown. Serve with hot sauce and caution.
