Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheesse

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in large bowl by hand (use bare hands for best results)
Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball
Cook over low-medium heat in a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray
